Have you ever brought beautiful flowers in from your garden, only to struggle with getting them to stay where you want them in a vase? In this hands-on presentation, Joy will take the mystery out of the mechanics of flower arranging. She’ll demonstrate a variety of techniques—from floral frogs and chicken wire to tape grids and other reusable mechanics—and share tips for choosing the right method for different flowers, containers, and designs. Whether you’re creating a simple garden bouquet or a more elaborate arrangement, you’ll come away with practical ideas you can try at home and perhaps a new appreciation for what happens behind the scenes of a beautiful floral design.
