Executive Board
The purpose of the Executive Board is to allow quick action by the Club. Its powers are limited to occasions where the framework of Club programs is established, but either small changes in approved activities are needed for effective action or time-sensitive opportunities that would not wait for polling the membership or even the entire Board, and the associated costs are limited.
The Executive Board consists of the President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, and two immediate past presidents.
