Elected Officers/Executive Board
The terms for elected officers are two years. The elections for president and secretary, and treasurer are conducted in odd-numbered years, and the vice-president and treasurer are elected in eve-numbered years. The responsibilities of these officers are spelled out in detail in the Club’s by laws.
President
The President is ultimately responsible for the administration of the Club, for establishing its direction and objectives.

Executive Board
The purpose of the Executive Board is to allow quick action by the Club. Its powers are limited to occasions where the framework of Club programs are established, but either small changes in approved activities are needed for effective action or time-sensitive opportunities which would not wait for polling the membership or even the entire Board and the associated costs are limited.
The Executive Board consists of the President, Vice president, Secretary, Treasurer, and two immediate past presidents.
